Herb Crusted Tenderloin

  • Trim fat off tenderloin
  • Coat with olive oil
  • Add salt & pepper to taste
  • Tie with butcher string and roll in mixture of chopped garlic, sage, dill & thyme

Heat grill to 400 degrees F. Indirect grill 70-80 minutes or 145-150 degrees center temp.
