In a sealable plastic bag mix:
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup olive oil
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- One 5-6 inch piece of rosemary (finely chopped)
- Tablespoon of white wine
- Salt and pepper
Marinate 4 breasts 30 min. to overnight
