Pecan Crusted Plank Salmon
- Soak plank for one hour (submerged)
- Cut salmon to fit plank
- Lightly coat with olive oil sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Cover with grainy French Mustard
- Cover with Brown Sugar
- Drizzle a tablespoon of honey (back and forth motion)
- Sprinkle with 1/3 cup chopped Pecans
- Place on one end of hot grill (350& deg;-400& deg;) until it smokes
- Turn off burners under plank keeping others on (indirect grilling)
- Cooking time is 12-14 min .check to see if it flakes with fork easily
